We offer a delicious selection of New Orleans cuisine and desserts, including cakes, pies, and traditional dishes. Our signature items are made fresh to order, ensuring the highest quality and flavor.
2. How can I place an order?
You can easily place an order through our Shopify store. Simply browse our product selection, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
3. What is your shipping policy?
All items are made fresh to order! To keep costs down, orders are shipped without dry ice via Priority Mail. We strive to have a fast turnaround for all orders. Please ensure you include your apartment number, street number, and street type (e.g., Blvd, St, Ave) as no signature is required. Queen Zuri is not responsible for undeliverable cakes or delays due to holidays, weather, and other situations, including COVID-19.
4. Do you offer customization for cakes?
Yes! We offer customization options for certain cakes. Please contact us directly for more information on personalized requests.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our shipping carrier's website.
6. What is your return policy?
All orders are non-refundable. If your products are damaged in transit due to improper handling, please take it up with your local US Post Office, as Queen Zuri is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses.
7. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Currently, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options. However, we are constantly exploring new recipes, so please stay tuned for updates!

Currently, we operate exclusively online through our Shopify store. We deliver locally and ship nationwide.

Baked goods may have come in contact with or contain peanuts, tree nuts, berries, or other allergens. Please refrigerate the cake upon arrival.
